Temporary Commercial Use Permit - Thetis Lake Park

"COW-24-10 THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to Council that a Temporary Commercial Use Permit 2010/01 to allow mobile food concession services in Thetis Lake Park be considered for approval at the May 4th Council meeting subject to noticing as per the requirements of the Local Government Act; AND FURTHER THAT the Permit include the following conditions: No vending of alcohol; Inspection of the mobile unit by the Town's Fire Prevention Officer to ensure appropriate fire safety measures are in place; and No disposal of liquids on site (water, beverages, oils, etc.) unless an engineered grey water disposal system is approved by the Town of View Royal. That the permit be valid from its issuance until December 31, 2010."
