"COW-25-10 THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to Council that Development Variance Permit 2010/01 for 284 Helmcken Road be considered for approval at the May 4, 2010 Council meeting subject to: Noticing of property owners and occupants as required by the Local Government Act and Development Procedures Bylaw No. 730, 2009. AND FURTHER THAT Development Variance Permit 2010/01 include: A variance to the off-street parking requirements specified by Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35 from 140 stalls to 84 stalls based on the existing and proposed mix of uses to allow a café to open in unit 102."
