Environmental Development Permit - 192 Werra Road

"COW-26-10 THAT the Committee of the Whole recommends to Council that Development Permit 2010/04 for 192 Werra Road be considered for approval at the May 4, 2010 Council meeting subject to: Noticing of property owners and occupants of properties within 100m of the subject property as required by the Local Government Act and Development Procedures Bylaw No. 730, 2009; AND FURTHER THAT Development Permit 2010/04 include: A variance to the maximum permitted side yard fence height for Lot 25 from 2.0m to 3.3m to permit the construction of a retaining wall roughly parallel to the north side lot line; A variance to the maximum permitted side yard fence height for Lot 26 from 2.0m to 2.9m to permit the construction of a retaining wall roughly parallel to the south side lot line; and Installation of sediment and erosion control fencing during construction."
