Development Variance Permit 2010/02

"THAT the Committee recommends to Council that Development Variance Permit 2010/02 for the property at 16 Edwards Estate to vary the size restriction on a secondary suite from 90 m2 to 117 m2 be considered for approval at the July 6, 2010 Council meeting subject to: noticing of property owners and occupants as required by the Local Government Act and Development Procedures Bylaw No. 730, 2009."
