"THAT the proposed Development Cost Charges rates presented by S. Hurst at the November 13, 2018 Committee of the Whole meeting and listed as follows be given preliminary approval: single family residential $9,228/per dwelling unit; multi-family residential $6,128/per dwelling unit; commercial $38.54 per m2 gross floor area (GFA); institutional $45.61 per m2 gross floor area (GFA) AND THAT stakeholder consultation be undertaken.
