Environmental Development Permit No. 2017/07

"THAT Development Permit No. 2017/07 be approved; AND THAT Development Permit No. 2017/07 include the following conditions: 1. Native vegetation is to be planted within the portion of the property that is within the Streamside Protection and Enhancement Area; 2. A landscape security deposit is to be submitted prior to building permit issuance for the provision and installation of native vegetation. AND FURTHER THAT Development Permit No. 2017/07 include the following variance: 1. Variance to the minimum required siting of a primary building from rear lot line from 6.0m to 5.1m to permit the siting of a deck. (C-09-18)"
