"THAT staff be directed to prepare Land Use Amendment and Official Community Plan amendment bylaws for Councils consideration in regard to 17 Eaton Avenue; AND THAT the Official Community Plan amendment designates this property within the Mixed Residential Development Permit Area; AND FURTHER THAT the application be referred to the Planning and Development and Transportation Advisory Committees; AND FURTHER THAT the approval of any amendment bylaws be subject to confirmation of the frontage and servicing design standards; AND FURTHER THAT the approval of any amendment bylaws be subject to the project being redesigned at a FSR of 0.45:1."
