Development Permit 2010/21

"C-69-11 THAT Development Permit 2010/21 be approved as per the plans attached to the report from the Planning Technician at the May 10, 2011 Committee of the Whole meeting and subject to noticing as per the requirements of Bylaw 730; AND THAT Development Permit 2010/21 include the following variances: Variance to the 15m setback from the natural boundary of the sea to 6.7 meters to permit the construction of an interior addition and exterior stair structure; Variance to the 2.14m setback from the side yard to 0.64 meters to permit the construction of an addition; AND FURTHER THAT staff and the applicant work together to come up with a suitable solution for the stormwater retention."
