Environmental Development Permit No. 2011/07 - 51 Knollwood Road

"THAT Development Permit 2011/07 for 51 Knollwood Road be considered for approval at the July 5, 2011 Council meeting subject to: Noticing of property owners and occupants of properties within 100m of the subject property as required by the Local Government Act and Development Procedures Bylaw No. 730, 2009; and Approval for variance to relocate the shed within the 15m setback from the natural boundary with the sea. AND FURTHER THAT Development Permit 2011/07 include: A variance to the setback from the natural boundary of the sea specified in Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35 from 15.0m to 8.2m to allow the relocation of the shed."
