"THAT the Sign Permit 2011/01 be considered for approval at a future Council meeting as per the plans attached to the report from the Planning Technician at the June 14, 2011 Committee of the Whole meeting and subject to noticing as per the requirements of Bylaw 730; AND THAT Sign Permit 2011/01 include the following variances: A variance to the number of Logo Signs allowed on a single building face for Sign Zones 3, 4 or 5 from one per building face or one per wall associated with each business to two per building face or two per wall associated with each business as illustrated on the attached plans. A variance to the size of the Logo Signs allowed in Sign Zones 3, 4 or 5: The "Jenner" sign from 2m2 to 2.1m2; The "Buick GMC" sign from 2m2 to 4.9m2; The "Goodwrench Service" sign from 2m2 to 4.5m2; The "Chevrolet" sign from 2m2 to 3.9m2."
