"THAT resolution C-86-11 be amended to read as follows: "THAT the BC Hydro letter of permission granting an eight-foot wide access on the BC Hydro land between Heddle Avenue and Prince Robert Drive (PID 028- 331-249) to reach the back of 512 Prince Robert Drive for the current owners of 512 Prince Robert Drive be accommodated through a Town of View Royal letter of temporary permission granting access across a portion of Town-owned fee simple land (to be created through the adoption of Bylaw No. 775, 2010) until such time as the property ownership changes for 512 Prince Robert Drive or until the owner of 028-331-249 revokes their permission, whichever occurs first.""
