The following is required prior to construction of the two temporary signs on Town land: a. Approval of sign siting by the Director of Engineering; b. Approval by the Director of Engineering for insurance naming the Town as additional insured for potential liabilities relating to the signs; and c. Issuance of a license of occupation including monthly fees for occupying Town land."
