"THAT Council support the RCMP's proposed Option 3 (Tiered Program) with respect to the Auxiliary Constable Program; AND THAT the October 17, 2016 discussion paper entitled "Comparing the Options - Renewing the Auxiliary Constable Program" written by L. Fletcher and D. Devenney be forwarded to the Union of British Columbia Municipalities (UBCM) to be included in the responses the UBCM is to provide to the RCMP; AND FURTHER THAT thank you letters be sent to L. Fletcher and D. Devenney regarding the work they have done on the RCMP Auxiliary Constable Program initiative."
