"THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the following policies be removed from the Policy Manual: Policy No. 6400-023 Traffic Study in Conjunction with Developments; Policy No. 6400-024 New Developments, Blending with Older Character of Town; Policy no. 6400-025 Development Applications on Properties Outside Sewer Specified Area; Policy No. 6400-027 Development Permit Down-zoning of Incomplete Projects; Policy No. 6400-028 Road Allowance Widths for Strata Subdivisions; Policy No. 6400-031 Development Permit No Trespassing Signs; and Policy No. 6400-032 Development Permit Amendments."
