"THAT the report dated July 6, 2015 from the Planner titled "Development Variance Permit No. 2015/06 - 400 Nursery Hill Drive" be received for information; AND THAT the Committee recommend to Council that an arborist's report with comments on potential tree impacts and recommendations on appropriate construction practices be provided prior to conducting notification for Council consideration of Development Variance Permit Application No.2015/06 - 400 Nursery Hill Drive."
