Development Variance Permit - 1639 Seahaven Terrace

"THAT the Committee recommend that Council consider approval of Development Variance Permit 2012/02 to vary the Gross Floor Area permitted in the R-1C: One Family Residential (Medium Lot) zone within the Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35 from 372m to 395m at a future Council meeting as per the plans attached to the report from the Planning Technician at the February 14, 2012 Committee of the Whole meeting and subject to noticing as per the requirements of Bylaw 730."
