Development Permit Application - 1900 Watkiss Way

"THAT the Committee recommend to Council that Development Permit 2011/09 be considered following final reading of Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35, Amendment Bylaw No. 819, 2011 and subject to noticing as per the requirements of Bylaw 730; AND THAT Development Permit 2011/09 include the following: variance to the required number of parking stalls from 113 to 102; variance to the required number of recreation vehicle parking stalls from 11 to zero; and variance to the required number of buildings per parcel from one to five."
