Council decided to table discussion and budgeting for three major capital projects until the 2026 financial planning process.
"Council reviewed the list of projects. Councillor Brown moved to table three specific projects (C-114, C-117, C-020) to the 2026 budget discussions, noting C-114 (Development of Road Ends) is awaiting the Parks Master Plan, and C-117 (Burnside Sidewalks) is not currently aligned with Saanich’s timeline (2030 start for them). The motion was clarified to defer the projects rather than remove them."
