"THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the Town write to the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure to express support for project design of the partial cloverleaf as chosen by the Ministry for the McKenzie Interchange Project; AND FURTHER THAT the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure be encouraged to expedite the Project's construction."
