Temporary Commercial Use Permit - Construction Site Office Trailer

"THAT the Committee recommends to Council that Temporary Commercial Use Permit 2010/03 for the use of a mobile site office trailer at 2429 Chilco Road be considered for approval at the June 1, 2010 Council meeting subject to noticing as per the requirements of the Local Government Act; AND THAT the permit includes the following condition: - that the permit be valid from its issuance until June 1, 2012."
