Council received the minutes and nine associated recommendations from the PREAC regarding climate and environment-related amendments to the 2019-2022 Strategic Plan. All nine recommendations were subsequently referred to the Community Climate Action Plan consultant for incorporation.
"Council acknowledged the 'robust discussion' that took place at PREAC resulting in the numerous recommendations. Council opted to group all nine substantive recommendations and refer them collectively to the Community Climate Action Plan consultant, deeming this the appropriate venue for integrating these ideas."
