Council approved variances required for recently constructed retaining walls and garbage enclosures at a multi-family site.
"The Community Planner presented a retroactive application for variances related to retaining walls and garbage enclosures at a multi-family site, 9 Erskine Lane, resulting from changes made during construction. Variances included increasing retaining wall heights up to 4.0m (Building C) and minor increases to garbage enclosure lengths. Staff noted that while the walls were not mortared as previously conditioned, the lock block material was similar in character."
