Tax Exemption Bylaw (Non-Profit Organizations) No. 1157, 2025

Council granted first, second, and third reading to the Tax Exemption Bylaw renewal for the Island Corridor Foundation.

"The Director of Finance presented the renewal of the 10-year permissive tax exemption for properties owned by the Island Corridor Foundation (ICF). Council clarified that the tax burden from this exemption is borne by the rest of the View Royal taxpayers, but noted the exemption is consistent with ICF's non-profit status and practice across the region."
