"THAT the approval of Development Permit 2010/01 be considered following the adoption the Official Community Plan and Land Use Bylaw amendment bylaws and noticing of residents and including the following variances: variance to the size of the front yard (Admirals Road) from 7.5m to 1.7m; variance to the size of the side yard (south facing Nelson's Square) from 3.0m to 0.4m; variance to the number of parking stalls required from 55 to 50; variance to the number of loading stalls required from 2 to 1; variance to the number of fascia signs permitted from 1 to 2 for the easterly and northerly building faces; and variance to the prohibition on backlit signs to allow 4 backlit signs."
