"THAT "Schedule A" of Truck Route Bylaw No. 456, 2002 be amended to designate Hallowell Road as a Designated Truck Route, subject to entering into an agreement with Esquimalt Nation; AND THAT the agreement include, but not be limited to, content relating to the hours of operation and limiting the number of trucks that can use Hallowell Road daily; AND FURTHER THAT the Director of Engineering be authorized to work with the Capital Regional District to implement changes to Hallowell Road as shown in the Capital Regional District's concept plans (2015-2935-00)."
