Density Bonus Zoning Bylaw Amendments

Council directed staff to remove green roof bonuses from the zoning rules to comply with new provincial laws.

"Staff explained that Bill 16 requires financial feasibility analysis to retain density bonuses. Since no green roofs have been built since 2014, and current provisions were likely unviable, staff recommended repealing the provision to ensure bylaw validity."
