Financial Plan Bylaw No. 1132, 2024 - A Bylaw to Authorize the Financial Plan for the Years 2024-2028 (first, second and third reading)

"Councillor Rogers opposed the bylaw, arguing that the resulting 6.7% tax increase was insufficient for long-term fiscal health, citing underfunded asset management and reserves.
