Council referred the request for funding for The Forge, a trades recovery hub, to the 2025 grant-in-aid process.
"The delegation (M. Manhas) requested $5,000 for the project earlier in the meeting. The Mayor of Langford's letter challenged municipalities to support the initiative. Council decided to refer the funding request to the grants-in-aid process."
