"THAT Development Variance Permit 2012/05 for the following variances to both the R-1A (One Family Residential) zone and the General Regulations to allow for a subdivision of the property into two fee-simple lots be approved: Lot A: the Minimum Lot Width from 17.5m to 15.4m; the Side Yard Minimum Combined Setback from 6.1m to 4.9m; the Front Yard Setback from 7.5m to 4.8m; Lot B: the Minimum Lot Width from 17.5m to 15m. These variances are as per the plans attached to the report from the Planning Technician at the July 17, 2012 Council meeting; AND THAT as suggested by the applicant, that the applicant enter into a servicing agreement to provide for off-site works; including a trail connection to the elementary school."
