Marine Structures LOU - CFB Esquimalt

"THAT the Draft Letter of Understanding be substantially approved in principle between the Department of National Defence (CFB Esquimalt) and the Town of View Royal as attached to the report from the Planning Technician dated July 17, 2012; AND THAT the Mayor have the authority to sign the Letter of Understanding once finalized; AND THAT "License of Occupation" applicants be provided with letters of municipal approval for existing structures as per the requirement of DND's License of Occupation applications process."
