"C-08-12 THAT Grant in Aid Policy F200-34 be amended as follows: add to the "Policy" section "Retroactive grants will not be approved."; delete "Policy" item # 3 and replace with: "New applicants may be asked to appear before Council to speak to their application."; and incorporate under the "Assessment Process" section: "all grant applications would be submitted to Council even if they do not meet all the criteria of the grant in aid policy"; AND THAT Grant in Aid Policy F200-34 be adopted as amended."
