"THAT Development Permit No. 2012/05 be approved as per the plans attached to the June 13, 2012 report from the Senior Planner; AND THAT Development Permit No. 2012/05 include: A variance to the siting of a building or structure from a flanking side lot line from 4.5m to 3.2m to permit support posts for a building entrance canopy; A variance to the siting of a building or structure from a flanking side lot line from 4.5m to 0m to permit a pedestrian bridge; A variance to the side yard fence height from 2.5m to 5.8m to permit a 1.8m fence on top of a retaining wall up to 4.0m high along the south west lot line."
