"THAT the meeting be extended to 11:00 p.m."

"THAT the Private Dock Development Guidelines section 2.9 total suggested maximum length of private docks and associated structures be amended from 18m to 25m and that the total maximum float length - which comprises part of the maximum length of private docks and associated structures - be amended from 9m to 12m; AND THAT the Private Dock Development Guidelines section 2.8 be amended to reflect that docks are not necessarily required to be lit; AND FURTHER THAT the Private Dock Development Guidelines presented within the report dated November 23, 2012 from the Planning Technician entitled "Final Private Dock Development Guidelines" be approved as amended."
