"THAT Environmental Development Permit No. 2013/06 be approved; AND THAT Environmental Development Permit No. 2013/06 incorporate the following variances: a. variance to the maximum railing/retaining wall height from 2.0m to 3.2m; b. variance to the required side lot line for the siting of a raised patio from 2.14m to 1.0m; c. variance to the required setback from the natural boundary for the siting of a raised patio from 15.0m to 10.5m; d. variance to the required rear lot line for the siting of an existing waterfront deck and staircase from 15.0m to 0m; AND FURTHER THAT Environmental Development Permit No. 2013/06 include a condition to require that a minimum of 1.0m be removed from the top of the existing retaining wall."
