Award of Tender for the 2009-2013 Residential Garbage and Household Organics Collection Contract

"THAT the award for the 2009-2013 Residential Garbage and Household Organics Collection Contract to Ron's Disposal Incorporated (RDI) be approved; AND FURTHER THAT Option 2(B) of the various collection options for the Contract outlined in the report dated October 30, 2008 from the Engineering Technologist be approved; AND THAT the existing contract be extended to May 31, 2009, under the same terms and conditions, and that the new contract commence June 1, 2009; AND THAT the Lawn and Garden Waste Pick-up Service program be included in the July 1, 2009 contract."
