Development Permit Application No. 07/08 For 43 Townhouses at 2319 Chilco Road

"THAT Development Permit Application No. 07/08 be authorized for issuance which would facilitate the construction of 43 townhouses at 2319 Chilco Road, legally described as Lot 11, Section 98, Esquimalt District, Plan VIP84161subject to: registration of the section 219 covenant mandating the use of noncombustible siding and roofing, closed eaves and soffits, irrigation and native species along the northwest boundary of the subject property prior to the issuance of any building permits; and registration of the section 219 covenant preventing parking on the private roadway and installation of no-parking signs prior to the issuance of any building permits; and registration of the public access Statutory Right-of-Way over the private road and trails prior to the issuance of any building permits; and deposit of security for the tree monitoring program, Landscape Plan and initial phase of Vegetation Management prior to the issuance of any building permits; and completion of site servicing agreement prior to the issuance of any building permits. AND THAT the variances to Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35 listed in the Variance List be included in the Development Permit."
