"THAT Amendment Bylaw No. 725, 2008, cited as "Sanitary Sewer Rates and Regulations Bylaw No. 397, 2000, Amendment Bylaw No. 725, 2008" be given first, second and third readings."

"THAT staff prepare a report identifying options for dispute resolution related to the sanitary sewer rates billing model; AND FURTHER THAT information be provided on the Town's website describing how sewer rates are calculated and that high water consumption will impact sewer rates charged."
