Rezoning 347/349 Island Highway (PDAC)

"THAT in relation to the application for 347/349 Island Highway staff prepare: - the required Land Use Bylaw amendment bylaw; - and the required Official Community Plan amendment bylaw to include a) new small lot residential development permit area with applicable design guidelines and; b) the subject property within the small lot residential development permit area; AND FURTHER THAT the draft bylaws should be forwarded by staff directly to the Planning and Development Advisory Committee for review."
