"THAT Development Permit Application No. 08/08 be forwarded to Council in September for consideration of approval, SUBJECT TO the variances listed in Schedule 1 and: 1. Submission of revised plans to the satisfaction of the Director of Development Services; 2. Approval of the rail crossing agreement; 3. Registration of a restrictive covenant limiting the hours of operation of commercial uses on the site (live/work units); 4. Registration of an On and Off Site Servicing Agreement; 5. Registration of easements for future access to the remainder lot via the underground parking ramp; 6. Confirmation of location and/or necessity of bi-directional amplifiers for emergency communications services; 7. Provision of a BCLS Site Survey for the subdivision; 8. Confirmation of the number and location of adaptable housing units to be provided and registration of a s. 219 covenant."
