Planning and Development Advisory Committee Recommendations - Park/Trail Addition (139, 145, 151 Helmcken Road)

"THAT the park, located on the northwest corner on the east side of Craigflower Creek within the 139,145,151 Helmcken Road subdivision, be added to the Parks Master Plan along with a trail for access to said park; AND THAT the issue be forwarded for consideration in the View Royal Park plan to the consultant that is to be retained for that project.
