"THAT the application for rezoning 101 to 104 Glentana Road proceed subject to: Dedication of land along Admirals Road to accommodate the sidewalk; Confirmation of an amenity contribution with respect to the construction of a new trail connection to Portage Park from Glentana Road and the repaving of Glentana Road; Developer commitment to future maintenance of the adjacent boulevard; and Registration of a Development Agreement on the title of the Property; AND THAT staff prepare the necessary Land Use Bylaw and Official Community Plan bylaw amendments.
