Serious Coffee Sign Variance

"THAT authorization be given for the issuance of Development Variance Permit No. 2009-01 which would have the effect of relaxing: Section 50 (2) of Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35, to allow a second free standing sign structure; and Section 48 (7)(a)(iii) of Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35, to allow this proposed second free standing sign structure on a site where the buildings are located within 7.5 metres of the front and flanking lot lines; Section 50 (2) of Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35, to allow for this proposed second free standing sign structure to exceed the maximum allowable height of 6.0 metres (19.7 feet) to a maximum height of 8.0 metres (26.25 feet); on the property described as Lot 1, Section 1 & 104, Esquimalt District, Plan 43982 (1701 Island Highway)."
