Dear Mayor Screech and Councillors,
The staff, parents and especially the children of View Royal Elementary would like to acknowledge and thank you for your very generous donations of $10,000 in 2016 and $10,000 in 2017 towards the construction of our natural playground and outdoor classroom. We hope to break ground with phase 1 of our project in July.
It is our goal to create a natural playground- a space where the children are experimenting and exploring in nature, actively problem solving, and collaborating with one another. A space where children of all ages can be active, follow their imaginations and create! With your support we are that much closer to seeing this vision come to life.
Thank you again for helping View Royal create a playground that will have a lasting impact on the students of View Royal and the greater community.
