Laren Society Board Resolution
A board resolution authorizing the grant application to the Town of View Royal.
BOARD RESOLUTION
The following resolution was passed via email by the Board of Directors of Laren Society on February 26, 2013. The motion will be further ratified at the monthly Board Meeting on March 13, 2013.
WHEREAS, The Laren Society, a nonprofit organization, is applying to the Town of View Royal for funding under the Grant-in-Aid Program to benefit the Bill Mudge Extension Project;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of Laren Society approves the submission of the grant application by the Fundraising Coordinator, Keli Dunn.
