    AND THAT the Permit include the following conditions:

    • That the Permit be valid until June 30, 2012, and
    • That employees not be permitted to park on site;

    AND FURTHER THAT the Committee recommend to Council that it consider approval of Environmental Development Permit 2010/20 to allow the construction of a building at 280 Wilfert Road subject to the completion of a tree retention and preservation plan.
