Staff Recommendation:
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the "Communications Strategy" adopted on June 2, 2009 be rescinded;
AND THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the following draft communications policies be adopted:
- Communications to Council;
- Media Communications;
- Complaints; and
- External Communications;
AND FURTHER THAT the Council-Staff Communications Policy be received for information.
