a) Secondary Suite Review

Staff Recommendation:
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that staff be directed to bring a report to the Committee of the Whole reviewing the status of the secondary suite program and secondary suite bylaw requirements.
b) Development Variance Permit 2010/02 – 16 Edwards Estate

Staff Recommendation:
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that Development Variance Permit 2010/02 for the property at 16 Edwards Estate to vary the size restriction on a secondary suite from 90m2 to 139 m2 be considered for approval at the July 6, 2010 Council meeting subject to:
- noticing of property owners and occupants as required by the Local Government Act and Development Procedures Bylaw No. 730, 2009.
