Staff Recommendation:
THAT the Committee recommend to Council that Development Permit 2010/07 for 55 Kingham Place, which will amend Development Permit 06/08, be considered for approval at the July 6, 2010 Council meeting subject to:
- noticing of property owners and occupants of properties within 100m of the subject property as required by the Local Government Act and Development Procedures Bylaw No. 730, 2009;
AND THAT Development Permit 2010/07 include:
- a variance to the required front yard setback from 7.5m to 6m;
- a variance to the required rear yard setback from 7.5m to 6.1m;
- height variance; and
- requirement to install sediment and erosion control fencing during construction.
