a) 2011 Grant in Aid Applications

Staff Recommendation:
THAT the Committee recommend approval or denial of Grant in Aid applications to Council;
AND THAT the Committee recommend to Council how the Grants in Aid shall be funded;
AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to bring forward an updated Grant in Aid Policy for review by the Committee of the Whole.
b) Queen Alexandra Foundation – Grant in Aid Request
- Report dated March 8, 2011 from the Director of Finance
Staff Recommendation:
THAT the Committee recommends that Council deny the grant in aid request from the Queen Alexandra Foundation.
