Executive Summary

Carry forward from 2025. Upon inspection, the roof located on the north portion of Town Hall has been identified as needing a replacement.

All roof gutters have also been noted to be needing replacement.

Business problem and opportunity

Minor replacements of the roof and gutters are required in the immediate future until proper depreciation reporting and planning (facilities master plan) is provided to inform on future upgrades and replacements.

Proposed project objectives

To replace building envelope assets to ensure the long-term performance of the building.

Business risks

Failure to replace these assets can result in interior water damage and more costly replacements in the future.
